Mr. Larson manages Blum & Co.'s Houston office. Mr. Larson has developed and maintains active relationships with most of the integrated oil and gas companies, with substantial independent oil & gas producers, with the leading oil & gas service companies, and with technology, manufacturing and real estate development firms based in the Southwest and Midwest.
Mr. Larson has served as strategic advisor to many oil & gas companies with respect to corporate strategy, financial strategy, and substantial reserve acquisitions and divestitures. In addition, Mr. Larson has provided ongoing management and financial advice to independent producers and operators with respect to corporate and financial strategy, including project financing.
Prior to joining Blum & Co., Mr. Larson was an active manager of private equity and real estate investments and managed directly several of the ventures in which he and his partners invested.
Mr. Larson received a B.S. in chemical engineering from Purdue University.
