Mr. Duggan is a highly successful businessman and entrepreneur with hands-on experience as the leader of several successful nationwide businesses.
He is the Chairman and principal in Arnott Mason Corp, a print catalog and internet marketing company. He was the founder of Vista Information Technologies, a network management and CRM services company, which he launched in 1997 with $25 million in venture capital funding.
Earlier, he completed a highly successful career at Dyncorp, a major privately held government technical service company. As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Dyncorp and President of several of its subsidiaries, Mr. Duggan played a major role in growing the company from $40 million in sales when he joined to over $1 billion in sales when he left. Prior to its recent acquisition, Dyncorp was one of the largest employee-owned companies in the U.S.
Mr. Duggan was directly responsible for creating and growing Dyncorp's information technology business from a concept to a $300 million business in four years. And Mr.Duggan led the development and growth of Dynair (now Swissport, USA), as its President, from a $5 million sales operation created by two acquisitions to its position as the leading airline ground services organization in the U.S. with operations at 60 major airports for over 100 customers with annual sales of $170 million.
Mr.Duggan is a graduate of The Citadel. He attended graduate school at the University of South Carolina. He is on the Boards of several companies and is an active member of the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra Board.
